Chest|Triceps|Shoulders – Dumbbell Workout

Check out this 30 minute, printer-friendly workout that you can do from anywhere. Just need you and something heavy to lift. We used dumbbells but this can totally be anything you have in your home (i.e. water bottles, soup cans, books, or even children 😉)
